Dogus Group Data Transformations

Lead data analysis in a 12-week project aimed at evaluating and consulting on the group's data infrastructure and artifacts in order to surface data-driven opportunities.

Data coming from 100+ of the group's restaurants, including 12 million transactions over three years, were analyzed. This allowed us to conduct utilization & cohort analysis and gauge the performance of any given restaurant as well as the efficiency of the Zubizu loyalty program in driving new customers and sales.

Through user-level transactional data I also conducted network analysis and built a collaborative filtering-based recommendation engine for restaurants.
